I would like to thank you for installing my parent’s handicap accessible bathtub.  You have given my mother a freedom that she would not have had otherwise.  It has been over 15 years since she was actually submerged in water.  When my father first inquired about the bathtub his intention was to make her daily life more enjoyable.  As it turns out he uses it as much as she does.

I appreciate the time you invested in explaining every aspect prior to our making a decision.  You were very patient, professional, and honest.  It was very clear that you have a fundamental understanding of the elderly and handicaps they face on a daily basis by the delicate way that you were able to discuss personal hygiene care.  Even when my father suggested that we may want to reinforce an additional area to accommodate the bathtub you explained why it wasn’t necessary.  I wonder how many others would have performed the additional work, said nothing, and increased the cost.

The individuals that performed the work did so very quickly, understanding that my parents needed use of the only handicap facilities available in their residence.  They too were professional, and friendly.

I appreciate that you not only followed up with me, but my parents as well.  As their caregiver it is important that I know what to expect, but more importantly, that they know what to expect.  It was their investment and by your keeping them informed it preserved their dignity.  Thank you!  I’m certain that I will contact you again when the need arises for additional handicap accessible support.
